Ann is a general practice attorney in New Mexico, with a focus on criminal defense, personal injury, and recreation law. She also provides contract legal support for firms and solo practitioners in research and writing, motions practice, pre-trial and trial litigation, and policy review and drafting. Ann serves as an expert witness for issues related to program risk management in summer camps and schools. 


Ann's legal and consulting services for schools and camps are grounded in 20+ years as an independent school and experiential educator and leader with 100+ weeks leading adolescents and adults in the field.
